We all grieve, it is a natural part of life. What you need to know is that it is okay to talk about it. This podcast delivers that message with gentle authenticity.

Love this podcast; it explores grief as an often-ignored force in our lives (without indulging in it for its own sake). The host has a light touch and offers gently probing explorations of the meaning of grief and its gifts. Highly recommended!

Grateful for the sensitive and real way Sarah’s podcast shares a diverse range of stories about grief and loss. It’s extremely comforting and inspiring to hear the wisdom of her guests and the thoughtful way she asks them questions to learn what they needed and the tools and ways they've learned to cope. Full of essential and invaluable life conversations, I'm always looking forward to her next episode.

Who loves grief? No one! But I must say, I do love this podcast. Having only experienced deep grief through a degree or more of separation, I still am drawn to each of these episodes. Sarah’s radio voice and interview style is easy on the ears. Her insight and questions touch the heart and mind in ways that are tender and wise. Each guest’s experience with grief has been so different, yet their stories show how common a ground humanity stands on when life happens. I’ve listened to this podcast from it’s inception, and I will continue to do so because it’s thoughtful and helpful platform to open up the discussions on the subject of grief and difficult life times.
